How to Delete Your Account with Pawsigns

We are sorry to hear that you wish to delete your account. Here are the steps you can follow to do so:

1. Open the Pawsigns app on your mobile device.

2. Navigate to the 'Account Settings' section.

3. Scroll down to find the 'Delete Account' option.

4. Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

5. That's it! We'll automatically delete your information. 

Please note, once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. All your data, including your pet profiles and horoscope history, will be permanently removed from our database.

Our Data Usage and Storage Policy

At Pawsigns, we respect your privacy and prioritize the protection of your data. We use your email only for account creation, login, and communication purposes related to the app and its updates. We do not share your email address or use it for any other reasons.

When you delete your account, your email address and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system. We do not hold onto your email address or any of your data post account deletion.
